Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DispatchLedger ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Regal Matter LLC ("Company", "we", or "us").
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
DispatchLedger offers a Free plan (limited to 5 active loads and 2 carriers) and a Pro plan at $29 per month with unlimited loads and carriers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Failed payments may result in downgrading your account to the Free plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by Regal Matter LLC and protected by applicable laws. Your data remains yours.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regal Matter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
